由Organized by the TIBA, the “2024 TIBA AWARD Taiwan's Excellent Intelligent Green Building and System Product Award” prize presentation ceremony and artwork release party was held on August 22nd at the International Conference Center of National Taiwan University Hospital (NTUH), and this year, a total of 11 outstanding artworks were commended.
One of the most representative awards this year, the Platinum Award in the Design category was won by the New Taipei City Government's Second Administration Building and Kantor Taiwan Power's Nangang North Storage Project. The Platinum Award in the Operation category was won by the Far Eastern Communication Park in Taipei, while the Platinum Award in the System Product category went to Far EasTone's Operational Platform Management System and Birchcom's Intelligent Building Maintenance Management Platform.
The above winning entries not only incorporate environmental protection and energy conservation in their design concepts, but also realize intelligent management and maximize energy efficiency, standing out from the competitors and serving as a model of innovation in the industry. All the winning entries will be recommended by the Association to participate in the APIGBA AWARD 2025, the 4th International Competition for Asia-Pacific Excellence in Intelligent Green Building Systems, to be held in Macau in October next year.
The Taiwan Intelligent Building Association (TIBA) said that the TIBA AWARD was organized to recognize outstanding buildings and systems in the field of intelligent green building and system products that demonstrate outstanding innovation and practice the concept of sustainable development. The award ceremony attracted many leaders and experts from industry, government, academia, and research to witness the latest achievements of Taiwan in the field of green building and smart city development.
TIBA pointed out that the TIBA AWARD entries cover a wide range of fields from building design, material innovation to smart system integration, fully demonstrating Taiwan's strong strength and innovation in Green architecture and system products. Attendees were not only able to observe the award-winning entries, but also listened to industry experts share their latest technology trends and market insights during the comprehensive seminar.
TIBA AWARD is committed to promoting the popularization of intelligent green architecture and technological innovation, and hopes that through the influence of this award, it will lead more industry players to invest in the design and development of intelligent green architecture, and contribute more strength to the sustainable development of Taiwan. In the future, the Association will continue to support and promote the development of this field and join hands with the industry to create a green and smart life.
