A true practitioner in the real estate industry, President Lily Chang of FIABCI-Taiwan has given her best effort to make sure that only the best is delivered. She not only took the extra step in ensuring the wellbeing of her construction workers, but also spent countless hours to make sure a true sense of community is forged in each and every Treasure Dragon Corp. development project.    President Lily Chang and her Treasure Dragon’s team is particularly proud of their customer satisfaction rate, and this is achieved by continuing listening to the needs of the people living in the Gendii residences. Through the FIABCI platform, President Lily Chang also hopes to find feasible solutions to affordable housing, and essentially a better urban future for everyone.   Year after year, President Lily and her team seek to better further refine their architectural design while incorporating the latest building techniques and the best building materials. For the past 33 years, they strive for nothing but perfection.
