In the area of technical development, combining the technical training and guidance of teachers and industrial workplace experience internship, every Wednesday afternoon and Saturday all-day classes taught by carpenters in the industry, the practical experience of teachers into the teaching, in order to cultivate the practical ability of students in employment; Friday afternoon and arrange character education and cultivation courses, taught by teachers selected by the Association, to cultivate students with the future needs of the work of the moral cultivation, and hope that students can have good character to It is hoped that students will have good character and will not cut corners, and it is hoped that the program will nurture students who can learn fine arts and skills, and who can feel pride and honor in their profession from the bottom of their hearts.

This summer, under the leadership of master carpenters and school teachers, the students helped decorate the counseling room and make cabinets for the Xin Sheng Elementary School, promoting their skills and spreading love at the same time, which was deeply appreciated and recognized by the principal, Ms. Chen Mei-kuen.
