Lily Chang has been re-elected as the 17th President of FIABCI-TAIWAN

For the things you can see,we do our best. For the things you cannot see, we always use our heart, do our best and also would like to bring people happiness.” This has been the motto of Lily Chang for more than 30 years in the construction industry. 

FIABCI-TAIWAN held its 17th Annual General Meeting on the 21st November, and the incumbent President, Lily Chang, lived up to the expectations of the public and was re-elected. Witnessed by the Undersecretary of the Ministry of the Interior, Ms. Hua Jingqun, the chairman of the board of directors, Lily Chang vowed to continue to promote the business of the National Excellence Award for the second term of the board of directors and continue to strengthen the connection with the World Real Estate Federation. 

Lily Chang, President of the Board of Directors, said that a number of directors and supervisors have been elected to carry out development in more fields. Regarding the matters to be promoted after the re-election, in addition to the international affairs, the first thing to do is to enrich the information on the website of the Association, to make it a platform for linking up with the various public associations and to increase the interactions among the members, and, more importantly, to recruit more new members and to invite more peers to join the Association. In the future, the Association will organize more forums, continue to promote the National Construction Excellence Award, and continue to strengthen the connection with the World Real Estate Federation.

FIABCI was founded in January 1972 by Glyn T. H. Ing, the founder of Continental Engineering Corp, who called for the advancement of the industry. In 1974, FIABCI applied for membership in FIABCI, and the Taiwan Chapter of FIABCI was established immediately afterward. Looking back at the background of those years, FIABCI has successfully helped to expand the international space of our country in a diplomatic way during the difficult period of national diplomacy.

Last December, under the guidance of the Kaohsiung City Government and in cooperation with the Kaohsiung City and The Real Estate Developers Association of Kaohsiung successfully brought the annual event of the FIABCI 2022 Global Leadership Summit to Taiwan, allowing guests from around the world to see Taiwan's unique hospitality and proud soft power.
