To Be Warm Person
Speech at I-SHOU University

Lily Chang|CNA

How to Bring Future Talents into the New World? I-SHOU University, which actively cultivates students to become cross-disciplinary elites, not only invests cross-disciplinary resources in teaching and research, but also frequently invites industry professionals to campus to bring far-reaching impact on the young generation through their stories of life's struggles. College of Management of I-SHOU University invited Lily Chang, the President of Treasure Dragon Corp, who is involved in both architecture and art, to share her experience on the theme of “Love Without Regret”, Lily Chang shared her experience of how she has been doing everything in her life with her best efforts.

Lily Chang is a person of nature; in the midst of the busy business world, she is always thinking of giving back to the society and participating in public welfare because she has always been adhering to the spirit of “Don't forget the original intention, altruism and goodwill”, such as subsidizing the Teacher Chang Foundation, the Taiwan Association for the Physically and Mentally Handicapped and other disadvantaged groups, all of which are the things that Lily Chang has been doing for a long time.

Throughout her life, she has not only focused on her architectural career, but has also cultivated interests in art and aesthetics, swimming, cooking and singing, thus applying aesthetics to architecture and practicing the art of architecture and the art of living. According to Lily Chang, architecture is not only a business of creating wealth, but also has the mission of delivering “happiness”, and bringing happiness to all people is exactly what Lily Chang has been pursuing as she has always done. So Yau Sun, a sophomore in the Department of Industrial Management, said that President Chang puts people at the center of her work, standing from the perspective of the residents and introducing many delicate designs into the houses, not only building houses that satisfy customers, but also touching people's hearts, which is exactly what the young generation needs to learn, not only to have professional skills, but also to be a person with warmth.
