In order to maintain the influence of the FIABCI Taiwan Chapter in FIABCI, Lily Chang, President of the FIABCI Taiwan, has formally announced that in May of this year, will compete for the qualification of the President, once elected, is expected to take over the post of President of the FIABCI World in 2026.
FIABCI Chinese Taiwan was founded in 1972 by Glyn T. H. Ing, the founding president of FIABCI and former president of Continental Engineering Corp, and two years later joined FIABCI to become the Taiwan branch of FIABCI, which is now known as FIABCI-TAIWAN, after Lily Chang's term as vice president of FIABCI-Taiwan.
In order to defend Taiwan and continue to speak out in the name of FIABCI-TAIWAN in the future, Lily Chang decided to participate in the election of FIABCI's vice president in May this year, and obtained the qualification of vice president , she will be formally elevated to the position of vice president at the end of next year's term, and it is expected that she will become the president of the FIABCI World in 2026, which will be the second Taiwanese to serve as president of FIABCI after President Glyn T. H. Ing. It is expected that she will become the president of FIABCI World in 2026.
In order for Taiwan to continue to be a voice on the world's real estate stage, Lily Chang said, the ECCPC won the vice chairmanship of five committees in the annual election at the Global Leadership Summit in December last year.
The Society's Vice-Presidents include Mr. Tang Kwok-wai, Chairman of the Finance Committee and Executive Director of the Council, and Mr. Tang Kwok-wai, Vice-Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Committee, who will be promoted to the position of Chief Executive of the Asia-Pacific Region of the Federation in 2026. Executive Director Wong Pang Yin Hee is Vice Chairman of the Intermediaries Committee, Director Tai Yuk Chak is Vice Chairman of the Architects Committee, and Director Choi Hon Lam is Vice Chairman of the Global Construction Excellence Awards Committee.
