What Color Represents Your Personality?

In the art community, she is like a black background, a color that suits her personality. For her, black is not only a choice of dress, but also a reflection of her state of mind. She enjoys walking through the gallery and admiring the artwork, which is colorful and shines even brighter against the black background. She's like a mastermind behind the scenes, not taking over any of the scenery, just quietly accentuating the beauty in front of her.

As a property developer, she is dedicated to the consumer. From a housewife to a property developer, her journey has been filled with the persistence and pursuit of architectural aesthetics. She realized that architecture is not just a form, but a responsibility. She used to think that the pursuit of perfection meant redoing a project if she was not satisfied, but later realized that this was a waste, a waste of social resources and costs. She began to think that the responsibility of architects is not only to pursue their own ideals, but also to consider the needs and affordability of the residents.

Talking about her artistic life, she mentioned that aesthetics is not only embodied in works of art, but also in every aspect of her life. She believes that aesthetics is a kind of accumulation, which cannot be achieved overnight. For her, aesthetics is an attitude, a pursuit and love of life.

Her life is filled with a sense of responsibility and the spirit of public service. She believes that doing charity work is addictive because when you help others, you are also helping yourself. Although she spends a lot of time on charity , she also tries to balance her family and career. For her, small love and big love go hand in hand, and she hopes to live a life with no regrets.

Her motto in life is to do your best, and she believes that if you try to do your best in each role, there will be no regrets. She encourages people to do more charity work when they can, because society always needs more love and support. For her, public service is not only a kind of giving, but also a kind of harvest, a kind of spiritual fulfillment and growth.

In the early days of the construction industry, she entered the business with a sense of mission to defend the consumer. As a stay-at-home mom, it was natural for her to have certain expectations and philosophies about how a home should be built and how it should function. Her husband was an avid real estate investor and often bought houses that others had already built. She always evaluates these houses from her own perspective: what should it look like? What kind of features should it have? This mindfulness has helped her get off to a solid start in the construction business.

As she gained more experience in the community, she realized the importance of providing the right environment for a particular age group. She realized that middle-aged people might be more concerned with the responsibility of the construction company and the quality of the building than with the glamorous design. She began to reflect on her role: was she trying to give her tenants affordable happiness, or was she pursuing her own ideal of happiness? This introspection led her to constantly review herself and try to find a balance to ensure that her work truly brings happiness to the residents.

Life of art

When their art center was established, it was called GALERIE PIERRE, and in addition to focusing on local art, they also looked at the international market and introduced many French artists to Taiwan. Her artistic qualities have been gradually accumulated along with the operation of the art center, and her exposure and contacts.

Aesthetics, the aesthetics of life, the aesthetics of art, and even the beauty of being a human being, all need to be accumulated. Emotions and aesthetics are cultivated gradually, and cannot be shown immediately in life, but require time and effort.

On her business card is an eight-word motto“立己於言,信譽至尊”  This means that she is very strict with herself and places great importance on credit. She firmly believed that if she had limitations, she preferred not to promise easily, but once she did, she had to do her best and never break her promise. As a result, many felt her determination and sense of responsibility and knew that she would go forward regardless.

Entering the age of 70

Lily Chang has also learned to slow down and enjoy life.
