Treasure Dragon Corp's insistence on life scale and aesthetics over the past 35 years has not only allowed Treasure Dragon's brand to dominate Central Taiwan, but has also served as a model for the entire construction and development industry in Taiwan, influencing its peers to work together to be “dedicated practitioner of improving architectural ecology.”
The reason why Treasure Dragon has become an indicator of good residential construction in Central Taiwan lies in the fact that the visible construction is fully committed, while the invisible construction is sincerely treated. “If the outside world can see our heartfelt intentions, then it's worth it.” Lily Chang, added that Treasure Dragon has been looking at the building from the consumer's point of view, not designing too much, but integrating the scale of life into the building.

As early as 20 years ago, when Lily Chang was the supervisor of Taichung Real Estate Development Association (TRDA), she actively spawned the education and promotion committee and the new era committee, which were the first of their kind in Taiwan's architectural industry. The organization of various courses, such as the Year of Architectural Aesthetics, the Year of Architectural Quality, the Year of Architectural Service, and the CEO Camp, all serve to validate the core spirit of “Sharing and Goodwill” that Lily Chang has advocated for in the architectural and development community.
Lily Chang further explained that the touring schedule of Treasure Dragon's completed projects, which is open to the industry, is planned at the early stage of the design process. The core value of sharing and goodwill is so consistent in the team's action and all the architectural works.
Treasure Dragon has never set up a sales center or outdoor signage, but rather invests its marketing expenses on customer service. “Because the spokespersons are our customers, those who have lived in Treasure Dragon's houses will help us to publicize our products outside. Lily Chang added that if we only achieve customer satisfaction, it is called “money in vain”, but while Treasure Dragon is pursuing customer satisfaction, customers are giving us feedback. Therefore, for the 20th anniversary of Treasure Dragon, the slogan was directly changed to “let customers be touched as the highest guiding principle” to create a touching atmosphere with the residents.
“Sun, air, and water are the elements of architecture that cost nothing”, what makes Treasure Dragon's stunning and appropriate residence architecture is that the design team has to meditate on the various scales of life of the customers when planning. Lily Chang emphasized that although Treasure Dragon's houses do not have the design intensity that every scene is beautiful, they definitely have the living temperature that one can only know where the good things are when actually living in them.
Lily Chang recalls the early days when her peers questioned “what is so good about a house built by a woman? Lily Chang, who is now the President of the FIABCI Taiwan, confirms that the strength of women in charge has long been equal. “In male-dominated projects, the focus is on the total number of projects, market share, and profitability. However, women's delicacy lies in the unseen part, focusing on the function of life after moving in, not just the visible volume of the building”.
Just like the insistence on design and aesthetics, Treasure Dragon insists on local after-sales service and chooses to stay in Taiwan. “Although we cannot be 100% perfect, we are 100% responsible". This is the firmest and warmest promise of Lily Chang to the residents.
