However, President Lily Chang believes that breaking through traditional boundaries and creating architectural value is a worthy challenge. With only 1,720.99m² of land shaped like a letter Z, designing homes that maximize natural light and ventilation while offering views of the seasonal scenery presents a unique endeavor. After extensive discussions with the architects and the Treasure Dragon team, the objective was to ensure that all 35 units receive ample sunlight and a gentle breeze, along with unobstructed views of the expansive Four Seasons Park and its seasonal charm. This meticulous attention to detail is aimed solely at ensuring that residents find happiness in Treasure Dragon's architectural design.
