It is the first residential project by Treasure Dragon. During the initial planning stages, a thorough review was conducted to design the kitchen and working balcony space and fixtures, create building lighting schemes, curate public space art, and design spatial identification icons, among other elements.

Upon completing construction, we pioneered the 'Handover Information Session' with sincerity and responsibility, establishing an open and transparent line of communication with our customers.

In recent years, the construction industry in central Taiwan has witnessed significant progress fueled by mutual inspiration. Treasure Dragon's numerous innovations have emerged as golden standards in the industry's planning processes.
